Iniesta: “What Lamine Does at His Age Is Not Normal”

Andrés Iniesta has praised Lamine Yamal’s remarkable development, describing what the young Barcelona star is achieving at his age as something that is simply not normal.

Iniesta highlighted Yamal’s natural talent, ambition and the level he has already reached despite his young age.

“What Lamine does as his age is NOT NORMAL, because if it was, there would be more players who could achieve it.”

Iniesta continued:

“It’s not normal, and what’s beautiful and important about this is his ambition, his natural talent… and when you stop to think about what he has ahead of him at his age, it’s wonderful.”

A special talent

Yamal has continued to attract attention with his performances for Barcelona and at international level. His confidence, creativity and ability to influence games have made him one of the most exciting young players in football.

Iniesta’s comments underline just how unusual Yamal’s development has been. For a player so young to perform at such a high level is rare, and his potential remains one of the biggest talking points in world football.

The road ahead

While Yamal has already achieved a lot, Iniesta believes the most exciting part is what lies ahead.

His natural ability combined with his ambition could allow him to reach even greater heights as his career develops.
