Is Chag Sports a bookmaker?

No. Chag Sports provides football predictions, analysis and statistics only. We do not accept bets, hold stakes, or pay out winnings.

How is Premium different from Free?

Free predictions are available to everyone. Premium subscribers get access to additional predictions for a monthly fee. Each Premium prediction shows its pick, probability and confidence, with written analysis where Chag Sports has published it.

Can I get a refund?

Subscription and access fees are non-refundable once Premium Access has commenced, except where required by law. See our Terms and Conditions for full detail.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time from your account's Billing page. Cancelling stops future renewal - your existing access continues until the end of the current paid period.

How do you calculate model accuracy?

Model accuracy covers the free AI/ML football predictions we publish before kick-off, each matched to the exact prediction that was live at kick-off. Accuracy is the number of correct predictions divided by correct plus incorrect ones; void predictions and those still awaiting a result are excluded. Results come from confirmed match data, and a corrected result updates the figures without erasing earlier history.
